Minute by minute
Minute 1. Choose Career. You start with 5,000 $ in the bank.
Minute 2. Level 1 asks for 1.8 km in 60 seconds. Press Play and hold forward.
Minute 3. Watch the two counters on the right, Time and Remaining Distance.
Minutes 4 and 5. Read the payout sheet: distance, overtakes, time at high speed and a bonus for finishing. Then Retry.
The mistake that ends first runs
Racing the clock. After about 20 seconds we had covered two thirds of a kilometre in all three attempts, more than the pace needs. What stopped us each time was the traffic. Change lanes early, far back from the truck.
Good to know
- The brake does not stop you. The needle never fell below 40 km/h in our runs, even with the brake held.
- Distance pays 300 $ per kilometre, so a failed run still earns.
- Two seconds at high speed were worth almost as much as 200 metres.
